S T O B - SEVARTHIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between [SACRED TEMPLES OF BHARAT] ("STOB") and [Devotee/Sevarthi] ("SEVARTHI") for availing sevas to be performed in Hindu temples and participating in spiritual activities at spiritual centers.

2. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to outline the responsibilities, expectations, and obligations of both the STOB and the SEVARTHI in relation to the sevas and spiritual activities.

3. Seva and Spiritual Activity Services

The STOB agrees to provide the following services:

• Performance of sevas in Hindu temples as per the SEVARTHI's request.
• Arrangement of spiritual activities at global spiritual centers as per the SEVARTHI's preference.

4. SEVARTHI Responsibilities

The SEVARTHI agrees to:

• Seva will performed as per the informations provided by the sevarthi
• Make timely payments for the services rendered.
• Respect the rules and regulations of the temples and spiritual centers.
• Conduct themselves in a respectful and dignified manner during the sevas and spiritual activities.
• Sevarthi is expected to participate in the seva with utmost devotion and sincerity.

5. STOB Responsibilities

The STOB agrees to:

• Perform the sevas and spiritual activities with utmost devotion and sincerity.
• Ensure that the sevas and spiritual activities are conducted in accordance with Hindu traditions and customs.
• Provide necessary guidance and support to the Client.

6. Payment Terms

The SEVARTHI agrees to pay the STOB according to the following payment terms:

• For each seva/spiritual activity as prescribed while booking seva plus courier charges
• Payments will be made in advance prior to the performance of the seva/spiritual activity.

7. Cancellation Policy

The SEVARTHI reserves the right to cancel any seva/spiritual activity before 3 days from the date of booking the seva in written notice to the STOB. In the event of cancellation, the STOB shall refund 50% of the payment made.

8. Liability and Indemnification

The STOB shall NOT be liable for any damages or losses and shall NOT guarantee any wish of the SEVARTHI to be fulfilled arising from the performance of the sevas

9. Confidentiality

The STOB agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the SEVARTHI's personal information and seva/spiritual activity preferences.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chennai, Tamilnadu.

11. Service Disclaimer Clause

1. Nature of Services. All services provided by STOB, including but not limited to spiritual coaching, readings, energy work, and intuitive guidance, are intended strictly for personal growth, educational, and entertainment purposes. These services are highly subjective, and STOB makes no guarantees, promises, or representations regarding specific outcomes, breakthroughs, or results.
2. Not Medical or Professional Advice. Spiritual services do not substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The practitioner is not a licensed medical professional or mental health therapist. If you are experiencing severe emotional distress or medical issues, you are advised to seek immediate help from a qualified licensed professional.
3. Sevarthi Responsibility. By participating in these services, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own life choices, emotional well-being, and physical health. You agree to assume all risks associated with any actions or decisions you make based on the spiritual insights or guidance provided during your session.
4. Refund Policy. Due to the time, preparation, and energy dedicated to each custom session, all payments are non-refundable.

12. Acceptance

By signing below, the Sevarthi acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
