History of the place
300 years ago, this Lord Vinayaka on the banks of a river was worshipped by the ancestors . In 1997, the local public of that area expanded the temple by consecreting the idols of Lord Muruga, Goddess Parvathy, Saint Manickavasagar and Navagrahas and then Kumbabishekam was conducted.
